Hi Grumpy of The Habitation Counties,

Plug in the Installation Media into a USB Port

Offset your Laptop

On the Manufacturers Logo, you lot will see text like 'Printing F2 to enter Setup'

Press the appropriate key (commonly F2 Central) repeatedly on the Manufacturers logo screen

Your laptop volition boot into BIOS

In BIOS, on the Boot Tab, change the boot order, so the USB bulldoze is top of the boot order listing

Relieve changes to BIOS Settings and Exit BIOS (Usually F10 Key)

Your laptop will automatically kicking up once more and volition boot from the Installation Media

Start the Installation, during the installation process skip the steps which ask for a product key and select the option 'I am Reinstalling Windows 10 on this PC'

Make sure you install the same Edition of Windows ten (Abode, Pro . . . etc.) equally the Edition of Windows 7 that was previously installed - commonly Home

Annotation: during the installation process, your laptop will reboot, at that point, you will need to go into your BIOS and change the boot club so your system boots from your Hard Drive, otherwise the installation may start all over over again - do not remove the installation media at this signal !

Let the installation keep until you reach the Windows 10 Desktop, and then you can safely remove the Installation Media
